    Verify your phone number, then add your name. No bank connection needed to join.

  2. Send a hello.

    Open iMessage and text Serfin. You can share what you’d like help with while you wait.

  3. We’ll text when you’re in.

    Then sign in on the web and connect accounts through Plaid when you want answers about your own money.

How much does Serfin cost?

Questions and check-ins are free during early access. For a supported task, Serfin shows you the exact work, assumptions, completion condition, and one fixed upfront fee: 10% of the substantiated estimated value in the first 12 months. You approve the terms before paying. Later savings are free, and the accepted fee does not change automatically if actual savings differ. If the work fails, Serfin reviews rescue or a refund.

Do I need to connect my bank?

You can join the waitlist without connecting an account. Once you’re in, we’ll text you a secure link: sign in on the web and connect the accounts you want Serfin to use through Plaid for answers about your spending, balances, or investments.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Your conversation with Serfin happens in iMessage: text Serfin from your phone number in a direct conversation. You’ll use a secure web link only to connect accounts after you’re in. SMS, group chats, and email aliases aren’t supported.

Can I pause or disconnect?

Yes. Pause messages or disconnect accounts in Settings. You can also text STOP to pause all messages. Read our Privacy page for how Serfin uses your data and the controls available to you.
