Common questions

How do I connect my bank accounts?

Open the app and follow the on-screen prompts to link your financial accounts securely. Serfin uses Plaid to connect to thousands of financial institutions.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Serfin uses encryption in transit and at rest. We never store your banking credentials — account access is managed through Plaid's secure connection.

How do I disconnect a linked account?

Go to Settings in the app and select the account you want to remove. You can disconnect any linked account at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.

Delete your account

To delete your account and associated data, email support@serfin.app with the subject line "Delete my account." We will process your request within 30 days.
